Returns & Cancellations

We hope you love our teas as much as we do! However, if you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to assist you.

 - Orders received before noon IST (Indian Standard Time) usually ship out the same business day.

Note: Prepaid orders are not eligible for a refund upon cancellation. Instead, a credit voucher equivalent to your order amount will be issued for future purchases.
