Blue Tea with Chamomile for Better Sleep

This tea is a ritual that fits into your everyday evening schedule. The perfect way to unwind for a good night’s restful sleep. 1. Add 2g (1½ tsp) tea leaves to a pot, then pour 200ml hot (almost boiling) water over it. Or steep 2g of tea in a S’yuo Cha Leaf Locker strainer in hot water.
2. Let it steep for 3-5 minutes.
3. Use natural, healthy sweetener only if needed (our teas taste amazing on their own)
